Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 174 platform via the website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 174 as the platform operator.

The 174 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 174 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to meet this requirement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are advised not to use the 174 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the 174 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. 174 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time through an identity verification process.

Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 174 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.

Two-Factor Authentication

Users are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication for an added layer of security. Any changes to key account information — such as your password, registered email, or phone number — will require additional verification through your registered method.

Successfully deposited funds will be credited to your 174 account within the stated timeframe. 174 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
